Well the 991 Targa was probably my favorite form factor. If they’d make that in EV form, it would be my top choice. But they won’t, so Boxster. Either way I can’t go back to ICE.

Guards Red, with Guards Red interior accents. Fake paddle shifters and sounds. Performance meeting or exceeding my Taycan GTS. I might get a hardtop I’ll never use, for funsies. I had one on my first Boxster.

Only very stupid people say this. I've had 3 Boxster and 3 911s. Boxsters are fantastic cars with a personality very different than the 911. I used to say I'd own both if I could afford to.

That's a positive for me, I -want- it totaled if they hit me hard enough to damage painted parts.

Under 4s vs Taycan GTS of just over 3s. Not a huge delta.

Oh sure. 10/10 for charger access, 1/10 for rear aesthetics. It's not well hidden and the large rectangular door in the middle sticks out.

This is the car that will make me drop my Taycan like it's hot. And when they eventually build me an electric 911 Targa, I'll drop the E-Boxster too.

This makes me wish I didn't just upgrade to a GTS but I suppose it will sell easily enough. GIVE ME IT

It will have a better front end when it ships, guaranteed. I just look forward to easier ingress/egress without the completely unnecessary back set of doors and back seat!
