E-Shift for 718 EV?

How about the new E-Shift feature in the Taycan, will this be available on the 718 EV when the model is debuted? Will this be standard feature or option?

Yes, it will be avaliable. It's already been spotted / heard around nurburing this year, before they even announced it for the Taycan.

Likely a paid option, like EVERYTHING in Porsche land.

I honestly don't think I'd pay for this. I see it as up there with the electronic sport sound in the list of top gimmicks that you don't use unless you're showing a mate or making a video for social media

I had a Q4 for a short period of time featuring paddle “shifters” that controlled the regen level. This came in handy for hills as I had regen disabled by default. Audi has no assignable meta button. I wish the Macan had two like the Taycan.
